Well, first two sieges at Siels, asmodians got royally whipped, not sure how we will do in the long run.

Quick check on abyss state on website before work:

Ellies have both siels, miren and kysis.
Asmos have Sulfur.

Urtem (french server) is nice and blue. Any1 speak french? x)
Spatalos and Perento are more balanced.

Hope we see improvement in the future when things settle down.

The ironic thing about it all is if you check out the server ratios, Asmo's have 51% race ratio of the server. Both factions also have 6% of there total race at level 50. We also have 400 more legions that our Elysean counterparts.

I suppose when you look at all these statistics you can see why they merged the servers, whether or not they took stability issues into account remains to be seen.

I'd personally rather give it a bit of time before rushing to move servers, but that's just my opinion..

Well considering my limited German and non-excisting French.. I only got 3 servers to choose from anyways, I can server hop on all of them 2 times

Beside, first possibility is next wednesday, we still have time to get our groove on.

And yeah, there's more asmos in numbers. But how many are "dead" chars?

Jk is off until 14th of next month or so, family thing. :<

I moved all 3 of my chars to pereto last night (as it sounded like that's what people were doing).. well I confirmed on the website last night for all three chars and it said it would be fine on all of them (didn't get any invalid requests).
I thought the moves would happen today @ server downtime... logged on to find out none have been moved...

Just checked on aion website and looks like they're halting all transfers at the mo :/

Hate to say, but I wasn't even surprised. Last thing I said when I was going to bed last night, after transfering all 8 chars of mine, was "I just know something will go wrong". Sometimes I hate being right.

It is a good thing if they do something to the server imbalance, but the method they chose is all wrong. Unlimited transfers, shutting down promised transfers 7 hours before maintenance... They really need to drop their staff back to school to learn about customer service.

I know it's not all down to NCWest, but communication is a wonderful thing to have in these sort of situations. I don't think I've heard from any CM or GM or anything after the main site announcement about the delays.

Tatari told that atleast Ayase had the grace to admit on IRC (of all places) that the transfers were a bad idea, in his opinion. Well, anxiously waiting their next move, I got paid gametime until end of next month, we'll see if it's worth it to buy more time. I bet there's other games out there that want my money and are willing to offer better service in return.

Yeah they're piss poor communication.

And it might seem selfish for people to hop servers where their race has dominance but the way I see it is:

Things were fine
They messed things up
Therefore if we're trying to get back to what we enjoied (not getting pwned) by moving servers, it's their problem not ours. And they need to fix it, but;
They shouldn't offer up free shit and then deny it. Our legion has been split in half it feels :X

pffff... Atleast I can come online and be social for a while :p
